As early as September 2019, the data management solution Insight will no longer be provided by Siemens. The reason for this is that Insight is based on Microsoft SharePoint and this is now only available as a Microsoft Cloud service. This means that the components required on the SharePoint server can no longer be installed to manage data from Solid Edge.
Users with higher versions than Solid Edge 2019 can no longer use Insight. To ensure that you are able to professionally manage your data, information and processes furthermore and to use Solid Edge in the latest version, PDM Studio is the perfect and significantly more powerful replacement of Insight with long-term investment security.
